Primary Duties:
- Work with the Employee recruitment specialist with interviews and backgrounds.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation and Onboarding
- Conduct interviews with applicants for potential placement for open positions within the company.
- Records and maintains personnel files in accordance with company, state and federal regulations.
- Assist applicants with personnel issues or complaints.
- Update and maintain employee time daily.
- Complete payroll on a biweekly basis.
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
- Assist the team with monthly in-service and/or continuing education.
- Complete tasks within allowed time frame.
- Includes additional tasks that may be assigned.
