Substitute Bus Driver (2025-2026 SY)

Under the direction of MOT Manager, operates a school bus in a safe manner at all times to transport students over designated routes and to special events and other related work as required. Note: This is an on-call, as-needed position. Substitutes will be contacted based on department needs and availability. There is no guarantee of daily or consistent work. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS • Valid California Driver’s License and maintain automobile insurance • Valid Class A or B/Endorsement Passenger/School Bus • Current California Special Driver Certificate • Valid Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification
