We are seeking a highly experienced and client-driven Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead the care and stewardship of some of our most valued properties. This role blends strategic oversight, team leadership, and direct client interaction to ensure that our maintenance services exceed expectations and reflect the high standards we are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial maintenance clients. Build trust through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
- Quality Oversight: Perform regular site visits to assess quality, anticipate seasonal needs, and identify enhancement opportunities that align with the client’s vision and property goals.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and support field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing operations. Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continual improvement.
- Operational Management: Coordinate scheduling, labor planning, and resource allocation for all assigned accounts. Ensure all work meets both client specifications and Meadows’ internal quality standards.
- Enhancements & Growth: Identify upsell opportunities such as seasonal color, irrigation improvements, or turf renovations. Collaborate with estimators and crews to execute timely and profitable enhancements.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor job costs, margins, and contract compliance. Track performance against budgets and proactively adjust to meet financial goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with superintendents, irrigation techs, and leadership to address challenges, drive innovation, and uphold Meadows’ core values across every level of service.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage client expectations with professionalism and integrity
- Deep knowledge of turf care, plant health, seasonal maintenance strategies, and irrigation systems
- Highly organized with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with landscape management platforms (Aspire preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
