JOB HIGHLIGHTS-Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the schedule of their direct care staff.
Responsibilities-Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler
- Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when needed
- Coordinating with managers to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metrics
- Receiving call-offs from staff and adjusting the schedule accordingly
- Predicting and filling future schedule needs based on Paid Time Off requests
- Assisting with the onboarding of new associates
- Cultivating the PRN pool to cover area communities as needed
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements
- Prefer: previous experience as a CNA or CMA to better understand the needs of the staff and our residents
