The position
The Lead Host is the face of the dining room and plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. This position oversees front-of-house operations, manages reservations and seating, and leads the service staff with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Must have at least 2 years' experience.

Hours~ 2 nights a week (3:00pm-8:00pm) and E/O weekend (11:30am-8:00pm).

- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to ensure smooth service flow.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain timing and quality of service.
- Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
- Handle resident and guest concerns promptly and graciously.
- Train, support, and supervise dining room staff in service standards and hospitality practices.
- Monitor dining room ambiance, including lighting, music, and overall atmosphere.
