Medical Courier/Delivery Driver

Summary:
Medical Courier / Driver is the face of Meadowlark Logistics, LLC to the public, and our clients. This position performs route operations by serving client needs with regard to properly tracking, sorting, storing and transporting URGENT and CRITICAL medical specimens and blood products for our major National, Regional and Local hospital and laboratory clients.

Hiring Need:
We are currently hiring an independent contractor to work as a "On-Demand" stops driver based in Fargo, ND. Stops will vary from a few short intown runs a day to longer all day runs, and come in as customers schedule with us. A typical work day, pay structure and average daily income will be discussed with applicants during interview.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving history
• 18 years of age or older
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• A reliable vehicle that is properly sized for the route that is offered (Mid-Sized SUV or MiniVan)
• Vehicle Insurance
• iPhone, Android or a compatible smartphone for accepting orders through our dispatch system
• Drug Screen and Background Check will be required before starting

Independent Contractor:

This position is a 1099 – Independent Contractor position, which means the driver is a contracted individual or company that completes work on behalf of Meadowlark Logistics, LLC or our clients and is not an employee. We will discuss what the contract, route and pay during an interview.
