We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Trip Coordinator to lead and manage educational excursions that inspire curiosity and foster learning outside the classroom. Duties
- The field trip program at Meadowlark Farm is not simply a guided-tour operation. The role requires the ability to translate agricultural, ecological, and food-system concepts into meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences for diverse audiences. Strong candidates should be comfortable balancing education, logistics, communication, safety, and group management in dynamic outdoor environments.
This position also extends beyond on-site farm tours. The role includes community outreach and the ability to bring Meadowlark Farm educational programming into schools, community organizations, and public spaces. Candidates should be capable of representing Meadowlark Farm professionally while building meaningful educational relationships with students, teachers, parents, and community partners.
Strong candidates should demonstrate the ability to:

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
