Forklift Operator in a Corrugated Conversion Facility
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at our corrugated converting facility. This position will be responsible for safely moving materials, supplying production lines, and handling work-in-process and finished goods to support daily manufacturing and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished corrugated products.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Supply production lines with materials to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Move, stack, and organize finished products in designated warehouse and storage areas.
- Stage customer orders for shipment.
- Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating practices.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts. Must pass an internal forklift operation and safety assessment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics purposes.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy verification.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience is a plus.
- Experience with moving/loading/unloading non-palletized units is preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
