The Company: Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community is a non-profit organization in Escondido that opened in 2009 with the mission to "honor God by serving others with love and compassion." We are licensed as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and offer independent, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. Our 19-bed skilled nursing facility opened in 2017.
Available Shifts: Part-time schedule shifts of 8 hours per day.
The CNA's will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care by following federal, state, and company regulations/policies, directing and documenting nursing duties, monitoring and reviewing care plans and procedures, reporting to the Director of Staff Development and Director of Nursing, and leading by positive example.

The CNA's will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care by following federal, state, and company regulations/policies, directing and documenting nursing duties, monitoring and reviewing care plans and procedures, reporting to the Director of Staff Development and Director of Nursing, and leading by positive example.

- Regulatory Compliance (throughout all duties performed)
- Delivery of Care (70%)
- Resident/Family/Client/Guest Relations (20%)
- Professional Development (5%)
- Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current & valid CNA license in State of California
- Professional experience in long-term care (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience and compassion
- Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple items/tasks as required
- Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and privacy
- Willingness and ability to respond effectively to emergency and/or crisis situation
