The Company: Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community is a non-profit organization in Escondido that opened in 2009. We are licensed as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and offer independent, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. We seek to help our residents age in place as we strive toward of mission to "Honor God by serving others with love and compassion."
Available Shifts: NOC Shift 11PM to 7:30AM Wednesdays and Thursdays
Preferred Start Date - 6/17/2026
Job Description: We're looking for compassionate and dependable individuals who take joy in providing excellent, personalized care for those struggling with a temporary set-back or with the regular difficulties of aging. Our team of caregivers, seek not only accurate care but also enriching personal interactions for our residents. Residents and their families often comment that they love our staff's friendliness and dedication -- and we're looking for more people who share that mindset.
What we assist with:
Activities of daily living such as dressing and grooming, showers, medication management, light meal preparation, laundry, escorting to and from dining room and activities around the campus, and providing general support to help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

Prior experience in care-giving is preferred. All caregivers will receive online and in-person training prior to working independently.
