What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Meadowbrook Healthcare?
Meadowbrook Healthcare is seeking a full-time or part-time Cook to join our team! Earn up to $18/hr! Cooks are responsible for the preparation of the meals for residents, patients and personnel by maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control using standardized recipes to meet the menu requirements. Cooks schedule food production so that grilled and / or baked items are prepared in small batches continuously throughout the serving period and that food is served in the proper portions in an attractive manner. The handling of food preparation and cleanliness of equipment in accordance with sanitary regulations and OSHA standards are top priority for this position.
