What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Head for Summer Camp position at Meadowbrook Country Day Camp?
Meadowbrook Day Camp is located on 55 magnificent acres in Long Valley, NJ.
We are looking to fill rare openings as female Unit Head role. This person will supervise the campers of a grade level and their staff. In addition they will communicate frequently with their campers' parents. Get to know the campers as you interact with them on a daily basis and have fun while you ensure that our program remains at a very high level.
- Applicants must be female as they will be supervising female campers.
- Applicants must be available 6/22- 8/14, Monday - Friday. We are closed 7/3.
- Applicants should be a school teacher (it is a plus to also be a parent).
- Applicants must have great communication skills and be very detail oriented.
- Applicants must be fun and active.
Unit Heads typically come back year after year as this is a very rewarding and fun job. The camaraderie felt is pretty unique in a work environment.
