Group Leader: The oldest counselor who is assigned to a group of Pre-K or K aged campers. Typically these are moms who supervise between 10 and 15 campers at a time. They also supervise a Jr. and Asst. Counselor who work with them all summer. They participate in all activities with their group and are responsible for group management.
Sr. Counselor: The oldest counselor who is assigned a group of 1st - 6th graders. They work with a Jr. Counselor and often an Asst. Counselor as well. They participate in every activity with the campers and are responsible for group management. Must be done with at least a year of college before the summer begins.
Jr. Counselor: Current 10th, 11th graders who are assigned to help supervise a group. They participate in all activities with their campers and help to manage the group.
Assistant Counselor: Our youngest staff, currently 9th graders, who are an extra counselor in our younger groups. They participate in all activities with their group and help with overall supervision.
