Available Shifts
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening Shift: Approximately 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Potential Station Assignments Include
- AM Breakfast & Lunch Cookery
- AM Garde Manger
- PM Grill
- PM Vegetables & Starches
- PM Garde Manger
- $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations before service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Work efficiently during busy meal services while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist with food preparation, storage, and kitchen closing duties.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Able to work safely and efficiently in a hot kitchen environment.
- Capable of bending, reaching, and performing other physical kitchen tasks throughout the shift.
- Staff meals provided twice daily during shifts.
