Meadowbrook Church is currently seeking to hire a full-time Campus Program Coordinator for our SEU Ocala Campus. Applicants should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church, possess excellent Campus operations and administrative skills, as well as experience in computer operations and database management. The ability to understand the importance of confidentiality is key and of the utmost importance, especially when it comes to sensitive information that may be related to the well-being of others. General Description
The Campus Program Coordinator provides critical support to campus operations while also contributing meaningfully to student development and spiritual formation. This role serves as a bridge between enrollment services, academic coordination, financial aid support, and student life initiatives. The Coordinator assists students from inquiry through course completion while also helping cultivate healthy, Christ-centered leaders through intentional engagement, events, small groups, and missions’ involvement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-minded, relational, and passionate about walking alongside students in their academic, spiritual, and leadership journey.

Primary Responsibilities
Student Services, Enrollment & Academic Support
- Assist prospective and current students in becoming ready to register (Fire Ready) for classes. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Using data to track students’ progress in becoming ready to register (Fire Ready).
- Following up with students in completing their application and confirming their admission.
- Working with students in completing the FAFSA and the financial aid process.
- Working with students in resolving their account balance.
- Following up with students to integrate them into the SEU Ocala family.
- Assist students in registering for classes. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Using data to track students’ progress in registering for classes.
- Meeting with students to evaluate their degree audits and working with them to register for classes.
- Following up with students to register for classes.
- Assist students by supporting them in their classes. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Using data to track students’ progress in their classes.
- Providing academic mentoring for online and/or struggling students.
- Providing tutoring for students when needed.
- Reaching out to online students to encourage them.
- Providing support to professors and practicum coaches in the classroom such as leading a class through the professor & lesson plan when the professor is absent.
- Assist parents with the students in the dual enrollment program in becoming ready to register, registering for classes, and supporting their students in their classes.
Student Development, Discipleship & Engagement
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing student development activities, campus events, and leadership initiatives
- Lead and/or support small groups focused on spiritual formation, leadership development, and community building
- Help plan and coordinate missions trip meetings, training sessions, and preparation processes in collaboration with campus leadership and partner organizations
- Walk alongside students through intentional discipleship, mentoring, and relational support
- Encourage student participation in campus life, service opportunities, and spiritual formation rhythms
- Help cultivate a campus culture aligned with the mission to develop healthy leaders
Campus Operations & Administrative Support
- Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and operational requests in coordination with the finance department
- Maintain accurate enrollment, operational, and reporting data within campus systems
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and compliance related to enrollment, retention, and dual enrollment programs
- Support campus scheduling, room usage, and logistics for classes, meetings, events, and student gatherings
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact between the campus and central university offices (Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Finance, Academic Affairs)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, faculty, staff, and community partners
- Support onboarding efforts for new students and ongoing communication related to campus initiative
