Key Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Activity Director to plan and lead engaging programs
- Provide one-on-one visits and personalized activities for residents
- Organize a variety of group activities (small, medium, and large)
- Lead recreational, intellectual, and community-based programs
- Facilitate daily group or individual exercise sessions
- Assist with evening and weekend activities as needed
- Track and document resident participation and progress
- Support care planning with interdisciplinary teams
- Welcome new residents and introduce activity opportunities
- Help create and evaluate monthly activity schedules
- Prepare materials and supplies for daily programming
