Concierge

Meadow Wind located in Massillon, Ohio is seeking a compassionate and organized Concierge to support our residents by coordinating appointments, transportation, and activities that enhance quality of life. This role serves as a key connection between our residents, staff, families, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage resident appointments.

• Coordinate and assist with resident transportation, including driving the facility bus (training provided).

• Support and help manage the Caring Angels Program.

• Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Administrator or department leaders.

• Maintain accurate records using electronic systems.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio, preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Willingness to complete training to drive the resident transport bus.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Positive, people-oriented attitude with the ability to build relationships.

• Comfortable using computers and basic software programs.

• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
