Meadow Wind Health Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Activity Coordinator to plan and lead programs that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being. We are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified™.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead group activities and individual visits based on residents’ interests and abilities
Assist with developing and maintaining the monthly activity calendar
Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs
Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support residents’ quality of life
Maintain accurate activity records and documentation
Qualifications
Experience in activities, recreation, or long-term care preferred
Activity certification or license preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
