Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care by performing physical examinations, vital sign assessments, and patient evaluations to determine individual needs.
- Administer medications as ordered
- Work with nursing team to create and maintain resident care plans, charting, filing and maintaining compliance with state regulations
- Supervise CNAs and RAs
Work Location: In person
