What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Meadow Ridge?
The qualified applicant shall be responsible for the preparation of quality meals, in accordance with policies and procedures that are established by Benchmark Senior Living, the State of Connecticut and the Town of Redding.
The Line Cook shall be responsible for ensuring sanitary handling and preparation of food, using recipes as instructed by the Executive Chef, meeting daily meal schedules serving required portions, well rounded knowledge of all stations, cross utilization and proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment and increasing team work, productivity and resident/guest satisfaction.
Will be exposed to extreme heat and cold temperatures.Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
