Meadow Health is a PCOS-specialized telehealth platform built for women who are done being told everything looks fine. We start with comprehensive hormone testing, including the DUTCH test and full blood panel, identify root cause, and build a personalized care plan. For eligible patients that includes GLP-1 medication. For all patients it includes a real lifestyle and supplement protocol.
We are looking for a PCOS-experienced Nurse Practitioner to join us as our lead clinical provider.
What you'll do:
- Synchronous video visits: patient intake and results review
- DUTCH test and blood panel interpretation
- GLP-1 prescribing for eligible PCOS patients
- Async patient messaging and protocol management
- Build personalized PCOS care plans following the Meadow Protocol
What we're looking for:
- Active NP license: multi-state preferred (NLC compact ideal)
- Functional or integrative medicine background
- PCOS and women's hormonal health experience
- Telehealth-comfortable: async and video
- Familiarity with DUTCH test interpretation a plus
