The Project Director will oversee and manage various projects related to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. They will be responsible for coordinating and leading project teams, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients. Daily tasks include planning and executing project activities, monitoring progress, reporting to senior management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

Qualifications
- Project Management and Coordination skills
- Experience with Developing and Implementing Care Plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration abilities
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
- 3 to 5 years Experience in Dda field
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
- Ability to work on-site in Westminster, MD
- Experience in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
