We are hiring for Full Time with every other weekend commitments.
we need 3 Full Time Certified Nursing Assistants 7-3 days, this is a every other weekend commitment.
we are also in need of one Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant 3-11 Float Evenings, This is a every other weekend commitment.
We offer the opportunity to float to our three different units to learn all the residents and maximize your skill and knowledge. We care about our CNA's and recognize your great work that you do for the residents. We regularly have employee appreciation events and daily lunch/dinner for all employees at no cost. Duties of our Certified Nurse Assistants:
- Bathes, dresses/undresses residents and assists with personal hygiene.
- Transports residents as required.
- Assists residents in ambulating.
- Provides encouragement, support and comfort to patients and family members.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Provides age and culturally appropriate care.
- Follows Standard Safety Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements of our CNAs:
- AT LEAST One Year Job experience as a CNA
- High level of patience, empathy, and compassion
- Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
- Exemplary communication skills
- Must be able to read and write in English
- High School degree or equivalent (GED)
