Position Summary
Meadow Gold Dairies Hawaii is seeking a Blow Mold Operator to operate and monitor bottle manufacturing equipment used to produce plastic containers for our dairy products. This position is responsible for maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to food safety and workplace safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blow molding equipment to produce plastic dairy bottles.
- Perform quality inspections to verify bottle appearance, weight, and specifications.
- Make machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation.
- Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and sanitation requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or blow molding experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
