We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support ongoing renovation and improvement projects throughout our building.
Job Summary:
This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled maintenance or construction professional.
Responsibilities:
- Install carpeting, vinyl plank and sheet flooring
- Replace or install lighting fixtures
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Communicate with leadership to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience with flooring and lighting installations
- General knowledge of carpentry, light electrical, and renovation work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Tools preferred but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with weekend shifts available as needed
