🚨 We're Hiring | Forklift Operator — Mobile, AL
Meador is looking for an experienced forklift operator to join our team at our Mobile, AL facility (209 Callahan Dr). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a straightforward Monday–Friday schedule.
📋 The Role
• Hours: M–F, 7am–4pm (minimal OT/weekends)
• Pay: $16–$20/hr
• Type: Temp-to-Permanent
🔧 What You'll Do
• Load/unload containers, trucks, and railcars (lumber, drums, totes, super sacks)
• Complete Bills of Lading and receiving paperwork
• Block, brace, and prep shipments (labeling, cord-strapping, shrink-wrap)
• Light manual labor as needed
✅ What We're Looking For
• 5 years forklift experience
• Strong shipping & receiving background
• HazMat experience a plus (not required)
• Punctual, safe, and a genuine team player
