A fast-growing company in the flooring and kitchen bath industry is seeking an Accounting Manager. This hands-on role oversees all accounting and financial activities, manages a small accounts payable team, and ensures the business continues to move forward with accuracy and efficiency.

Duties
- Manage accounting, budgeting, payroll, banking, and cash flow.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Lead and mentor a small accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Month end closing, balance sheets, accruals for multiple entities
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
