Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Location: Pasadena, Texas

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Senior IT Manager

Salary: $75K - $96K

Hours: Work Monday - Friday or 9/80 Schedule

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT Systems Administrator to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware/software, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. This role also plays a key part in developing and maintaining business applications and serves as the main internal contact for all IT-related matters. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with strong coordination skills and a commitment to maintaining stable and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Administer and support networks, servers, PCs, thin clients, and business applications (ERP, SharePoint, VDI, etc.).
• Manage user accounts, software licenses, hardware inventory, and IT security protocols.
• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT support and vendor coordination.
• Plan and implement updates or modifications to IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop custom business applications to improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.

Telecommunications

• Manage and maintain company phone systems, including international and conferencing lines.
• Troubleshoot telecom issues and support telecom upgrades or improvements.

IT Administration

• Enforce IT policies and best practices across the organization.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Act as liaison with the parent company for ERP and systems-related operations.
• Coordinate IT purchases and maintain vendor relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred; or equivalent experience (5 years).
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, telecommunications, email systems, and business software environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate technical information effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work assignments.
