Salary: $75K - $96K
Hours: Work Monday - Friday or 9/80 Schedule
Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT Systems Administrator to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware/software, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. This role also plays a key part in developing and maintaining business applications and serves as the main internal contact for all IT-related matters. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with strong coordination skills and a commitment to maintaining stable and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Support
- Administer and support networks, servers, PCs, thin clients, and business applications (ERP, SharePoint, VDI, etc.).
- Manage user accounts, software licenses, hardware inventory, and IT security protocols.
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT support and vendor coordination.
- Plan and implement updates or modifications to IT systems and infrastructure.
- Develop custom business applications to improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
Telecommunications
- Manage and maintain company phone systems, including international and conferencing lines.
- Troubleshoot telecom issues and support telecom upgrades or improvements.
IT Administration
- Enforce IT policies and best practices across the organization.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Act as liaison with the parent company for ERP and systems-related operations.
- Coordinate IT purchases and maintain vendor relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred; or equivalent experience (5 years).
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, telecommunications, email systems, and business software environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate technical information effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work assignments.
