Position Summary:

Meade is seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of our dispatch center. This role is critical to ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication between customers, field personnel, and emergency services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proficient knowledge of the (EMCMS) Electrical Maintenance Contract Management System, dispatch experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatch personnel across multiple shifts.
• Ensure consistent and accurate communication protocols.
• Review ticket summaries and dispatch logs for quality assurance and compliance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate dispatch staff performance.
• Maintain and update dispatch software and communication systems.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and management to optimize dispatch efficiency.
• Respond to escalated incidents and provide support during emergencies.
• Prepare reports and analyze dispatch data to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch or communications.
• Proficiency with dispatching software, voice communication systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the (MEMS) Municipality Electrical Maintenance System
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Experienced with time management

Hours:

• Full-time, may include nights, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
• Requires after-hours on-call support, including nights and weekends

Meade Benefits:

· We are proud to provide a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base pay of $75,000- $85,000. Actual Compensation will depend on several factors, such as location, professional experience, education, relevant training, transferable skills, organizational needs, and current market trends. Please note that the salary range is subject to future adjustments.
