Senior or Lead Financial Analyst

PLEASE NOTE: This role is a fully onsite role at the current time. Along with the other members of the leadership team, the CFO is working towards implementing a WFH Friday, 9/80, or similar flex day opportunity. This will not happen for another 6  months. The Senior Financial / Lead Financial Analyst must be committed to work in the office five days per week until such time.

Please also note that we are looking for a bright, talented, and energetic finance professional and the level of this role (Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead) is flexible. The title and compensation will be based on the experience of the individual who joins the team.

The Senior Financial Analyst will work directly with the CFO and have high visibility throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and analytical professional to join a growing organization and propel their career.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Creation of complex models
• Financial planning and analysis
• Assist with the annual budget process
• Creation of financial presentations for Senior Leadership
• Due diligence for potential acquisitions
• Monthly management reporting package
• Ad hoc projects as they arise

Key Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field 
• MBA/M.S. Finance/MPA/CPA highly desirable
• 3 to 3 to 10 years of professional experience with financial planning & analysis (will consider investment banking and private equity professionals with 2 years of experience)
• Experience with organizing large sets of data into detailed financial reports
• Financial modeling
• Creation of financial presentations for senior leadership
• Market research and financial planning
• Advanced Excel and BI tools such as Tableau & Power BI (SQL a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
• Highly analytical and organized
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
