In this role, you will greet customers, type prescription details into our system, handle register sales, and keep the pharmacy running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Prescription Processing: Warmly receive prescriptions, type details accurately into our system, and package medications under pharmacist supervision.
- Point of Sale (POS): Greet customers with a welcoming attitude, operate the register, process payments, and hand out completed prescriptions.
- Customer Service: Answer phone calls, help patients with basic questions in a helpful manner, and pass any clinical questions to the pharmacist.
- Store Support: Keep shelves stocked, help organize inventory, and maintain a clean, welcoming counter space.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers, typing accurately, and using basic software.
- Good Communication Skills: Friendly, patient, and polite when talking with customers and team members.
- Basic Skills: Good attention to detail and reliable basic math skills.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Flexible shifts available (mornings, evenings, or weekends).
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
