Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to create or revise project plans.
- Determine cabinet layout, plans, colors, styles, and designs.
- Obtain project measurements to verify design and space solutions.
- Order product.
- Coordinate product timing and delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance operations.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn best practices and industry insights.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Drafting, Construction Management, Architecture, Design, or a related field (Junior/Senior status preferred).
- Familiarity with CAD software or similar design tools is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in building materials, construction, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
