What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Mead Lumber Company Inc?
At Mead Lumber, one of our six Core Values is “Unmatched Customer Service." As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be on the front lines of making that happen. Through your interactions, you will inform and assist customers with the products and solutions they need for their home, yard, or business.
We’re seeking outgoing, helpful associates to welcome and assist customers with their projects while working in a fast-paced and fun environment. We have an ingrained culture of respect for each other and our customers, and we strive to make a positive impact in our local community through store events and consistently helpful service. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement, as we provide training for both onboarding and beyond.
Our Sales Associates embody excellent customer service while assisting in the receiving and stocking of all merchandise and working to maintain a clean, inviting, and orderly appearance of our products and store as a whole. Our mission is to go the extra mile for our customers through outstanding service and keep them coming back for all of their hardware and lumber needs.
