Responsibilities include:
- Drive project delivery from planning through construction for complex water and wastewater infrastructure programs
- Develop winning strategies and proposals that expand client relationships and grow our presence in the Florida market
- Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal and county clients
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
- Help expand our presence in the Florida market through trusted client partnerships, strategic project pursuits, and exceptional service delivery
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
- Serving as a client manager
Travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have all of the following:
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil, environmental or related engineering from an accredited college or university
- At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience
- PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states
The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following:
- Designing water and wastewater projects, with specialization in one or more of the following project types:
- Large diameter pipelines
- Water/wastewater treatment
- Pump stations
- Effluent disposal and biosolids
- Stormwater
- Project management (scope, schedule and budget)
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
- Client management for municipal and county governments
