We are looking for an experienced leader to own our Technology Services practice - its people, operations, client experience, and financial performance. You'll lead approximately 25 professionals while partnering directly with the CEO to scale the business and strengthen our market position.

Practice Leadership
- Own practice performance, including revenue, gross margin, service quality, and team results.
- Translate company strategy into measurable priorities and execution plans.
- Improve service offerings and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure projects and managed services are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Oversee resource planning, utilization, delivery governance, and client escalations.
- Improve processes, reporting, KPIs, and operational visibility.
- Use data to drive better execution, efficiency, and profitability.
- Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and technical professionals.
- Build a culture of ownership, urgency, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Maintain executive relationships with strategic clients.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to improve retention and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, forecasting, financial performance, and organizational growth.
First 90 Days
- Build relationships with the team and key clients.

What You Bring
- 7-10 years leading technology services, consulting, or managed services organizations.
- Experience managing consulting or project delivery teams.
- Strong business, operational, and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to improve performance while developing people.
- Executive presence with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
