Overview:
We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team as Respite Caregivers. As a Respite Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing a break for family caregivers in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve by providing a break for the caregiver.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individual with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, personal hygiene and or meal preparation in their home.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to a resident
- Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld
- Engage residents in social activities and promote a sense of community
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for resident
Qualifications:
- CPR
-Fluent in English (written and oral)
-Experienced in senior care
