Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly while verifying identification and age restrictions to ensure compliance with venue policies
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue rules to prevent conflicts or disturbances
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management techniques and first aid skills when necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations for swift resolution
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records to document all activities and occurrences
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certification in CPR, first aid, or conflict management enhances your suitability for this role
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism
