Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Interest in Practice Ownership and long-term leadership
• Commitment to patient-centered, preventive care
• Clean malpractice and disciplinary record
