Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for exams
- Record vital signs and medical histories
- Administer medications and injections as ordered
- Assist with minor procedures and specimen collection
- Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
- Document care in the EHR and support scheduling or referrals as needed
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in an outpatient or physician office preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
