About the Role We are seeking a visionary, high-energy Senior Manager IT – ERP & Functions to build, lead, and scale our core enterprise systems capability at the Pune GCC. With 15 years of experience, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery, optimization, and governance of Minimed’s global enterprise application portfolio—specifically anchoring major platforms like SAP (ERP) and Workday (HRIS), alongside other corporate functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Legal). #BetterDayStartNow Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Application Leadership & Delivery Own the, delivery governance, and service management practices for Minimed’s ERP (SAP) and Corporate Functions (Workday, Finance, Procurement) ecosystems globally. Translate complex business priorities across diverse regions (including Americas, APAC, Middle East, and Europe) into scalable, compliant technology roadmaps. Lead localized technology strategies to address stringent data protection regulations in critical markets (e.g., China, Saudi Arabia), balancing local compliance with global architectural guardrails. 2. TSA Exit & Transition Management Drive the IT execution plan for the organization's independent separation, specifically managing the exit from legacy shared services across a multi-country footprint. Ensure zero business disruption to manufacturing, commercial operations, and corporate functions during platform migrations and cutovers. 3. GCC Capability Setup & People Leadership Actively recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and functional team within the Pune GCC, establishing a culture of accountability and innovation. Define the GCC operating model, resource allocation, and vendor partner strategies to optimize delivery costs and velocity. 4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Partner closely with global IT product owners, IT business partners and business leaders, to align technology investments with business outcomes. Manage strategic relationships with enterprise software vendors (SAP, Workday) and System Integrators (SIs), ensuring robust SLAs and cost-effective delivery. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/people-management role within a GCC or global matrixed environment. ERP & Domain Expertise: Proven track record of leading large-scale, global implementations or operations for SAP and Workday. Deep understanding of core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire). Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Why Join MiniMed?
