We’re looking for a licensed PMHNP in Washington State to conduct one-time psychiatric and mental health evaluations as part of disability examinations.
This is a flexible 1099 opportunity designed for PMHNPs who want to supplement their existing practice without taking on an ongoing patient panel or traditional psychiatric caseload.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive one-time mental health evaluations
- Perform mental status examinations
- Review relevant medical and behavioral health records
- Assess psychiatric symptoms and functional limitations
- Document objective clinical findings
- Complete a structured evaluation report following the examination

Requirements:
