We are seeking an Intermediate Architect (Architect / Designer I) with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our team. Candidates must hold a professional architecture degree and demonstrate strong organizational skills, initiative, and a commitment to high-quality design and detailing.
This position offers involvement in all phases of project development, including:
- Zoning and building code analysis
- Programming
- Schematic design and design development
- Construction documents
- Construction administration

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in architectural practice
- Professional architectural degree required
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong graphic abilities and proficiency in architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience in Educational (K–12 / Higher Ed) or Senior Living projects is a plus
- Applicants must be local to the NYC metro area
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
