Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Quality Inspector II to join our team in Anoka. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the superior quality of our products. The ideal candidate will excel in utilizing precise measurement tools, managing quality control systems, and collaborating effectively with various departments to ensure our high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators to ensure product precision.
• Apply and interpret Quality System and ISO procedures, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
• Plan and organize work independently, efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to resolve quality issues and maintain product standards.
• Precisely document inspection outcomes and generate detailed reports for management review.
• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and generating reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality processes and quality management systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing precision metal fabrication measurement tools and techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for mathematical and geometric concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team interaction.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
• Quick learner capable of operating various test and measurement equipment.
