Job Title: Integration Developer III

This is a senior technical expert role on the Integration team, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing integration solutions to support MDS Micro Data Systems' business operations.

About the Role

The Integration Developer III will drive best practices and complex troubleshooting, bringing a high degree of expertise to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentorship and Training: Define, document, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and integration standards for the team.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Platform Maintenance: Perform administrative tasks on integration technologies, including solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, estimation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve high-level issues related to integration performance, security, and deployment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in automating deployments and platform operations.
• Self-motivated, team player, adaptable to diverse projects.
• Ability to demonstrate a proactive commitment to our corporate values and the success of all staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
• Willng and able to travel infrequently, including overnight travel.

Work Environment

This role requires fully onsite work for the first 6 months, with the opportunity to transition to 1 day remote work thereafter. The Louis Park location provides easy access to major highways, while also being close to MDS Micro Data Systems' headquarters in St. Cloud.
