Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pacific, MO for a Machine Operator at MDS Manufacturing LLC. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts. Responsibilities include machine adjustments, utilizing hand tools, inspecting components for quality assurance, and ensuring machinery is functioning safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and working with Machinery
- Understanding of Quality Control processes and procedures
- Experience with hand tools for routine maintenance and adjustments
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines
- Previous experience in an injection molding or manufacturing environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
