FTTH Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of broadband fiber optic deployment projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee large-scale construction initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently. Duties

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of FTTH deployment projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows and resolve issues promptly
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones
• Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with technical standards
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, contracts, and vendor negotiations
• Oversee construction site activities ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained
• Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and project tracking
• Monitor project performance metrics related to time management, resource allocation, and cost control
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through regular updates and progress reports
• Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or project management within the telecommunications or fiber optic industry
• Strong knowledge of FTTH infrastructure deployment processes and construction site experience
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction estimating software like HeavyBid
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (including Civil 3D)
• Familiarity with contracts management and negotiation strategies
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Experience coordinating large-scale projects using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to construction sites

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
