🚨 We’re Hiring: Director of Construction (Remote)
MDNI Group is seeking a seasoned Director of Construction to lead multiple ground-up multifamily projects across California. This senior leadership role will oversee offshore teams, support field operations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
🔑 What You’ll Do- Lead and manage offshore construction teams and project engineers
- Oversee general contractors and collaborate with field managers
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Review budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and change orders
- Drive project milestones, compliance, and quality assurance
- 10 years managing U.S. construction projects (multifamily focus)
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of U.S. construction practices & California codes
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Ability to work remotely while collaborating on Pacific Time hours
