Compensation: Up to $100,000 Bonus

Job Overview

The organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commissioning activities and providing technical service support for low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment. This position plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, smooth integration, and superior after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, testing, calibration, component replacements, and warranty repairs using power tools and electrical test equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project deployment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
• Schedule and perform regular maintenance and system upgrades for clients.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the company and its customers.
• Provide client training and operational guidance on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout service activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Document all service, testing, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Prepare detailed service reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and service efficiency.
• Provide product feedback to the development and engineering teams for continued innovation.
• Travel domestically and internationally for service, training, and technical support.

Qualifications

Required:

• Vocational education, military training, or equivalent experience in electrical theory or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining low- or medium-voltage electrical systems.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 40%).

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with transformers, relay protection systems, and switchgear equipment.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.
