Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Onsite Manager located in Matteson, IL. The Bilingual Onsite Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the site, overseeing staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves effective communication with both English and Spanish-speaking employees, resolving any issues that arise, and providing support and guidance to staff. The Bilingual Onsite Manager will also be responsible for reporting on site performance and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Korean
- Experience in staffing and recruiting
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage daily operations and oversee staffing needs
- Experience in managing compliance with company policies and procedures
- Customer service skills and the ability to ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Ability to work the hours necessary to oversee production at the facility
Compensation - 65-80K Annual Salary Bonus
