Job Title: Finance and Accounting Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year
Location: Matteson, IL
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and provide strategic direction for the accounting team. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and compliance while ensuring strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage finance and accounting operations
• Oversee monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage ERP-based cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, GAAP, and IFRS
• Develop and mentor team members
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 7 years of finance or accounting experience, including 3 years in management
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cost accounting, and audit preparation
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Preferred
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• International accounting exposure
• Korean language skills or familiarity with Korean business culture
